About East Coast Karate
East Coast Karate has been teaching the art of Tang Soo Do for the last 10 years in the Burlington County Area.  The staff  is headed by Master Waldemar Bonilla, 4th Degree Black Belt.  The master instructor is complemented by a staff of Black Belt Instructors who are not only well trained in the martial arts, but also in the art of teaching!

East Coast Karate's reputation in the area has earned the honor of being voted "Best Karate School in Burlington County" by the readers of the Burlington County Times, for the years 1997, 1998, 1999, and 2000!
Classes Offered
East Coast Karate offers traditional martial arts classes for all ages - ranging from 4 years on up.  Our "Sidekicks Program" is specially designed for 4-6 year olds. We also offer separate children's classes and adult classes.

In addition to our traditional martial arts classes, we also offer an exciting program called Kardio-Kickbox. This class is a high energy cardio workout, done to music, which incorporates the kicks and punches from the martial arts.  It is a non-contact class and it is designed for all fitness levels.

Our Philosophy
It is our philosophy to teach in an atmosphere of positive reinforcement and to encourage advancement through positive motivation.  The student learns valuable lessons far beyond the physical aspect of the martial arts, such as respect, responsibility, goal setting, and leadership skills.

Through its philosophies of teaching, East Coast Karate has developed into a martial arts institute in which all members of the family, from ages 4 through adult, can enjoy a positive experience training in karate.  We continuously offer a low-cost introductory program in which the prospective student can experience our school  We look forward to welcoming your family to our Tang Soo Do family!
